Need help..Spouse visa while i m all set for CEC

I m planing to Apply under CEC for my PR ...I m not married Yet getting married within 2 months ..i know i can update my application later with my spouse information then both os us will get the PR at the same time. here is my concern...

1)is there any i can bring her here in canada while My PR application in process ?..
Visitor visa may be but what are the chances..should i hold me PR application and get her a visitor or open work permit while i m on post-grd work permit..

2)Once my CEC application in process and i get married then how we update the status.
if we need to update the status then CIC will ask us to submit PR application for my Spouse too ?...
If i apply for my wife PR as well ..can she come visit me or she needs to wait till the PR is finalized

1. If you are on a PGWP and working in a skill level 0, A or B position, your wife can apply for an open work permit as your dependent spouse after you are married.

2. If you apply for PR before you get married and then subsequently marry, you update CIC by sending them a letter indicating that you are now married with revised forms for you (IMM 0008, IMM 5669, & IMM 5406) as well as including signed forms for your spouse (IMM 5669 & IMM 5406), copy of your marriage certificate, copy of her passport and birth certificate, photos for your wife as well as the processing fees for your wife ($550).

In second option ..does she needs to wait till the PR or she can apply for work permit or visitor visa while PR is in process..she is in india now..

Hello,
She can apply for Open Work Permit as soon as you get married and you have the marriage certificate and your job related documents to prove that you are in a skilled job. You don't have to wait for the PR application. Your PR application will be processed in Ottawa while her work permit will be processed in New Delhi. The New Delhi processing time for open work permit for spouse could vary from 3 weeks to 3 months

so i should start with my PR application ..once married Update CIC with changed status ..i m gussing they will ask me to submit PR Application for my wife too..so if she apply for PR as my Spouse in that situation can she apply for open work permit..or she needs to wait untill both of us get the PR..
My biggest concern is waiting time while the PR in process..i would like to see my wife here in canada..

Correct, If you meet the eligibility criteria for CEC you should start your application right away as Single and update your file with all the documents (as already advised by rjessome)....In the meantime she can apply for her work permit application as well....Just to clarify your wife doesn't need a work permit if she gets a PR

If the VO in India is convinced by the documents submitted by you, your wife will get the Work Permit lot quicker than the PR. So I would advise you to apply for the work permit simultaneously.
