it seems i am here with right ppl around here now

Could anyone of you better guide me here regarding my case...my case has become so much complicated...i am left with no choice, but to put it all here....:

Application filed to CIO NS: 30 DEC 2014
Application Received: 05 Jan. 2015
AOR Received: 15 April 2015 (XEP********)

So, then my work permit was expiring on 14 Feb 2015, so i applied for the extension of my work permit on Feb 8, 2015
Today (April 22, 2015) my work permit was refused based on the reason that my PNP letter was expired by the time i applied for work permit.
My pnp letter was valid until jan end 2015 but i applied for work permit in Feb 2015, so refused on this reason. I thought PNP letter is for PR application, it has nothing to do with WP application. BUT Refused....NOW
I called the other day, ONE agent said: i need to make new application for wp with either to provide AOR or extension of PNP letter? The other agent completely refused the idea and said that i cant apply for BOWP or open work permit, i need to get the extension letter from the PRovince...I asked the other agent said this that i can apply for Open work permit if i have AOR or PNP letter...But she said, NO. And then she said she can send me email within 10 minutes, BUt she didnt send any email in the whole day...NOW my Questions:
1- i have my AOR now, i got it last week (XEP006......), my work status is now "to apply for restoration+ wp)...Is AOR enough? or do i need to the extension of PNP letter?
2- If i get PNP extension letter, i have changed my few jobs after that...they ll issue me PNP letter with this recent job...BUT my employer has given me two weeks notice, so means after 2 weeks i wont have this job anymore....and PNP is saying i ll be getting my extension on this new letter stating about this current job, and therefore i will be getting a closed work permit...SO, if my closed work permit comes, no more this work so the work permit ll be of no use by then...SO WHAT to DO...SENIORS Please share your views, info, links, or any useful information????

hi ragluf! i have a question... if i go to borders, will they issue a new work permit there. i applied for work permit extension but refused because i failed to attached one document. the support letter from ainp. i have an error in uploadin it in my cic account and they said they never receive it...now i am on restoration, can i exit in the border... i already paid for landing fee. i applied in cic last june...

Did they ask to upload the document ? Or they refused the application directly? And last question did you had AOR when you tried to apply for work permit extension

thanks ragluf. we receive the confirmatin after sending it to offer of employment@cic.gov.ca.. it is in the cic page under the new regulation on the lower part. you can see the link...

seems like we are n same boat almost
my wp extension refused bcz my pnp was expired by the time i applied...
now what?
i dnt have a valid status, no work permit, no visa...quit work...
i got my AOR last week, so what kind of work i need to apply with restoration fee...and do i need to get pnp extension...? or AOR is enough?
what about the US border? i have US visa, but not sure what i ll do with Canadian entry?

hey guys,...

here is the situation... i applied for work permit last jan 2015... still 4 mos before my expiry... i already got AOR, medical las aug and pay landing fee last march...

i got refusal in my extension.. the thing is last march, the asked me to upload pnp and support letter from ainp...
i upload the pnp certificate while waiting for support letter.
after i received the support letter, i cant upload anymore in cic..
i call cic and said to send a letter of explanation to operations in ottawa.. i did that
before the deadline.

now i am worried... i am thinking of going out in the border in restoration status..

can i do that?..
. my employer now pay for compliance fee and offer of employment...

my application for pr in process but got refused for work permit...
now after a huge search i came to know from experts, that i need to go US border without a valid status...and renew my wp...but before going to the border i should pay the restoration fee online and have the receipt for it, then we are okey

if your wp is not expired thats easy for you, you can apply online as well and you can work, but ours is refused and now wp has already been expired but still we go to Border, and we can if we pay restoration fee

Caution: dont go to the border without any legal status, u r on restoration they might be deport you? BE careful concern with the lawyer before you take the step, i was on the same situation before and i concern with my lawyer and friends.

Why they can deport us? if we have 90 days grace period in which we can apply, then whats the point, if we deposit the restoration fee, then how can they deport?
