Because i was wondering that how come my CAIPS notes state that still waiting for FBI clearance report where Canadian consulate general has received my FBI clearance on 28th Dec, 2010. Should I fax them again with the copy of My FBI clearance report. Please guide me with it

communication from you that you had applied for the FBI certificate. Prior to that, on 08-Sep-2010
your file was assessed and your selection decision was interview waiver. Buffalo sent you a letter on
that date notifying you of the interview waiver and the additional documentation required for the
final decision.

There are some wiped-out entries in the file, partially or totally. These wiped-out entries are exempt
from disclosure pursuant to section 15(1) of the Access to Information Act.
Please check whether all the information presented here coincides or not with what you know about
the case history. Kind of confuse with this last para.

Seniors please shed some light on it. I will really confuse and irritate as well since my i started this process in march 2010.

I will appreciate your act of kindness in this regard.

Yes, it is when they will next review the file. It doesn't look like you need to resend the FBI report.

The CAIPS notes sometimes includes information about other people that have not given permission to have their info released. This info will be blacked out when they release the notes to you. They will also black out anything to do with national security that they don't want you to see.
This blacking out of certain types of info is allowed under the Access to Information Act.

They want you to look at the CAIPS notes and check that everything there is true. They want to know if what they have on file is what you sent them, basically - that no mistakes were made in inputting the information.

Sorry, I'm confused. What are these two things?

"Paper screening decision"

and

My CAIPS notes showed Paper Screening Decision as 1 (approved) once they had verified that all my documents were there and complete.
Once we had our interview, and the interview was approved, the Selection Decision changed to 1 (approved). Those are just the various approval stages. Waiting for a 1 on the Final Decision now

So does it really mean that on 15th of Feb, God willingly IO will take final decision on my case. As you said i am passed in both of the stages i.e first and the second one. The guess the IO will only be waiting for my FBI clearance report which i have already sent to them on 23th of Dec.

if thats true that i am so excited and curiously waiting for 15 Feb.
