Could someone please tell me where I can find relevant IELTS study material? What's best source to get practice papers/stuff online or at local stores here in California?

the book and Cd cost $25

look for general information, then in page 2 available IELTS materials
that is good enough to know the test

Writing : 6
Speaking 8

Do I qualify ? How much marks do I get ?

R:6 L:6 W:4 S:6 =22 points
but im not sure with your listening if its 5 or 6.
