Need help in submitting passports

Hi All,

I got my passport request today from Ottawa, but there is a line in there which states :
Did your family composition change since our last correspondence?

what does this mean? does the last correspondence mean the last time we got the medical request?

we had our baby in december 2011 in Toronto and submitted additional family information then to buffalo visa office after he was born.
then we got medical request in May 2012 and now we got PPR.

do we again need to submit additional family information with the passports?

please help.

If you send the additional information about the baby to the visa office in Buffalo, then I don't think you have to worry.

...but If I were you, I would attach a cover letter when sending my passport. On that cover letter, I refer to the letter that you sent to the Buffalo visa office about the new born baby. I think it is a good idea to attach a copy of that letter.

i was sending them enquiry emails once every 15 days asking my status....that's it...S
