Need Help: How to deal with voluminous documents

Hello.
I am now in the process of sending the application package and my supporting documents but i found them too voluminous. I would appreciate if you will advise me on how to deal with these like is it ok to put sticky notes in each and every evidence so that the officer is able to know the document with clarity? Also, it is ok to put paper clips in each forms and evidence since we are not allowed to staple the documents? Please advise.

We used paper clips to organize the sections of the package. We also thought about using sticky notes, but in the end we did not add them, since it seemed to us that the proofs arranged in each section were understood.

If you think it will be more organized, you can add them. It depends on the volume of papers you send.
