I just checked on E-cas, Its changed to Decision made... means they have rejected my case, waiting for letter from CHC in which they will mention the reasons.

Its been 2 weeks that my status is changed to Decision Made,, still there is no letter from VO, I don't know what to do at this stage :(.

I have applied for CAIPS yesterday, U r on my skype list, and was trying to contact you but no one picked up.
 
My case rejected ... looking for advice please

Reference to my below mentioned mail. My status was changed to decision made on 1 June 2012. Today I received letter from CHC that my case is rejected. They claimed that my degrees are fake so they are not considering my Masters Degree and they have seized it.

I want to go for court proceedings but I dont know how to start and from where I can hire a lawyer, where to launch this appeal etc.?
please advise me some good lawyer who can take up this case

Dear, i would suggest you should wait for their final decision as nothing can be done until final decision upon the same is received.
 
well, allway I received the rejection letter on 12 june, they have seized all my educational and job letters
 
That is sad to hear.. I am sure your education papers are real, but the problem generally is the perceived opinion about education and their value in India and Pakistan.
