My case rejected ... looking for advice please

Reference to my below mentioned mail. My status was changed to decision made on 1 June 2012. Today I received letter from CHC that my case is rejected. They claimed that my degrees are fake so they are not considering my Masters Degree and they have seized it.

I want to go for court proceedings but I dont know how to start and from where I can hire a lawyer, where to launch this appeal etc.?
please advise me some good lawyer who can take up this case

[/glow]I am from Pakistan, I applied in April 2009 from Dubai and my visa office is London, at last I got interview call in Abu Dhabi on 30 April 2012.

It was one hour interview, in which she did not ask me any of the question but she claimed that my degrees are not genuine. I tired to convince her but she refused to accept any. I requested her to send these degrees to university for verification, she even did not agree on that. At last she said I am holding your degrees and will send them to London Office where we have machines, we will scan them and give our final decision on that.

Any one can guide, what they wanted to do? I heard they have more than 150,000 applications in fast track and they are trying to reject cases, Is that true.

Or please advise what should I do at this stage.

Dear, i would suggest you should wait for their final decision as nothing can be done until final decision upon the same is received.

well, allway I received the rejection letter on 12 june, they have seized all my educational and job letters

That is sad to hear.. I am sure your education papers are real, but the problem generally is the perceived opinion about education and their value in India and Pakistan.
