Need help for apply (TRV) business visitor visa for Canada from Pakistan.

I would like to apply (TRV) business visitor visa for Canada, we have fresh fruits export business in Pakistan and export Pakistan to Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Poland, UK, U.A.E, also few shipment in Canada.

Travel History, Since 1998 to 2013

Used & Expiry Visas on Passport:
1China,
1 Indonesia,
1 Poland,
1 Romania,
2 Turkey
2 Singapore,
2 Thailand,
2 Malaysia,
2 Dubai,
10 Italy Schengen Visa,
2 France Schengen Visa,
5 UK Visa – Last was 5 year Multiple,
1 USA Visa – from 2001 to 2006 (3 Visit)

Valid Visa on Passport:
USA (2012 to 2017)
Singapore (Valid May 2013)
Thailand (Valid June 2013)
Malaysia (Valid June 2013)

Refused Country:
No.1, CANADA Refused Visitor Tourist Visa Application on March 2006.
That time valid visa on my passport as under,
USA VISA (3 month valid) Issue 2001 to 2006,
U.K. VISA (4 years Valid) Issue 2005 to 2010

Reason of Refusal: You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident.

No.2, U.K. Refused Visitor Visa Application on April 2010.

No.3, Germany Refused Visitor Visa Application on February 2013,

In this case I would like to apply in Canada for Business Visitor Visa and I have business Invitation from my Importer who recently import few shipment from our company,

I want to know if I will apply on Canada and behind past history I was refuse from Canada as visitor visa category and 2nd. UK refused also Germany is recently in 2013 all of three was refused on base of Tourist Visitor Visa, So, how much chance to get Canada visa or is it negative impact for last of three refusals on my passport????

Personal Information:

I am 35 Years of Old.
I am married and have 3 children under the age of 10 years,
I am working as an Export Manager in My Brother Company since 1998,
I have my own proprietorship company since 1998,
I have my own House/Propriety with current value of (Rupees of 5 Million)
I have monthly Income from my brother Company up to one hundred Thousand Rupees,
I have my other Income up to fifty Thousand Rupees,
I will show in my Bank Account up to (15 Thousand $CAD Dollar)

In this whole story what would you suggest me should I apply Canada Business Visa or how much chance for me to get Canada visa from Pakistan????

is dosent matter is refusal from where and for what important thing you have to satisfied visa officer end of your visit you will leave the canada,
make a new application and attached the property docoments and you are married and you have kids study in school attached the school fee slip and invitation letter from canada purpose of business attached the email which you are communication in canada for business puropse, other thing for your all the expensive etc,

Thanks for advise regarding the submit new application with propriety documents and my kids Scholl fees slip etc.


Could you guide me I want apply business visa on my brother company and I am working in company as Export Manager also my business invitation arrive as a export manager ,

I would like to know about other my ownership documents like I have my own maintain company since 1997, also I have last year few international export shipments, and every year Paid Annually Tax Returns, Company Bank Account Statement and showing last year Transaction in Account Around (US$15Million) 1.5 Corore Rupees. So, Should I submit above all my ownership documents or just submit only my brother company documents which is showing me in the company as a export manager???

you can submit your company docoments is make strong your case all the docouments you can submit which thay will show you you have very strong ties in pakistan end of your visit you will come back to pak,take care of your business and family and kids,
just make shure don't be done any mistake in your visa application be care full when you will fill the form,

One side u r saying that u r working in ur bro's company and another side u r saying u r working in another company and third time u saying that u r running ur own company. My question was about the reason of rejection of UK and Germany. If you have travelled many countries then why ur case was refused. Ponder on carefully.

Should I submit my own company documents for reason of showing strong ties in Pakistan,

Regarding your question about refusal of UK & GERMANY,

UK: My last UK visa expiry was July 2010 but I was send my renewal application on month of April 2010 before expiry visa, its means in advance or want to post-dated visa of renewal may be that is way they reject my tourist visa application,

Germany: I was applied Germany tourist visa on February 2013. And they reject my application because visa officer wants my personal account statement and I never hold my personal account in any bank because I have already my own company account since 1997 also I was submit my own company documents with bank statement and balance of up to 1 million rupees but visa office force me to provide us your personal 6 month bank account statement and that time I was honestly tell her I do not have my personal account. After 20 days my application rejected,

You should show all your personal documents (Bank statement, tax returns and salary slips), either u r running ur own business or not. when u will prepare ur case then attach all personal assets documents of your own name and company name seperately.

Please also specify that r u applying trv alone or with your family.............

I am applying single without family because I just want to going there as business trip to my importer, also he send me business invitation for the meeting in may.

yes this is the best way to submit the application alone not with your family and kids when you will ask the sponsor letter ask also tax returen slip also then your case will be safe,
