its depand of your nationality where are you from and other thing if you are from and send application without pp then they will send you pp request if they don't ask your pp then its mean your application is refused so please mention full detail of you application, regards,

I agreed totaly they can give you visa multipal or singal entry or they can refusd even your case is much much strong,,,

misspepper, i agree with you me and my friend apply from abu Dubai same day same time but envelop is different he got a visa i got refusal letter after 2 weeks even my application was more stronger then him just he fill the application and hotel booking and air ticket he attached even bank...
