Need help about sponsorship from Bangladesh to Canada !

Hello .. need help .. so this afternoon I got an email from immigration about

IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAMINATION: ADDITIONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED

but it says it’s from Delhi immigration of Canada .. is this ligit ?
I’m applying from Bangladesh.. I’m very much concerned .. please help out a sister .. thanks in advanced​

Email looks legit (@international.gc.ca for sure, and the rest looks formatted normally also).

I don't know either. I believe from Delhi instead of your regional office (Singapore ?) because there's a medical officer covering broader region out of Delhi.

But it was good you checked that it's from a real email addresszl, there are a lot of scams out there.
