Need guidance regarding best province for international students for PR

Hii Guys,
I am Krishna Pathak. I have completed graduation(in computers) in my country(India). Now I want to move to Canada for my further studies. So pls suggest to me the province that has easy rules for immigration. As I heard the PR of Ontario, British Colombia, Quebec is hard. So pls guide me on where should I go.
