Need clarification regarding PCC

I got my Police clearance certificate on May 29th 2014(issued date) from BLS India. I'm planning to drop my file end of this month or by August 1st. Is my PCC still Valid, I heard it is valid only for 3 months

If your file is received by August 28th, you can still use the PCC. They are to be used within 3 months of issuance.

Sorry to ask you but if I drop my file in august 1st how many days t will take to be get recieved at CPP Ottawa. Is recieved Means getting our File Number

Depends on where you send the application from. If you're located close to the office in Sydney it might only be a day or two,
or a couple days more when you're mailing from the west coast.

Don't worry about that. You got the PCC on May 29th, that gives you until August 29th to submit
your application. Simply send that PCC whenever you have your application ready and be good with it.
If CIC needs a new and updated PCC, they'll ask you for it later on in the process.
