Dear All,

I and my Partner have long distance relationship.
we are a couple, we are in this relationship 1.5 years.
I came to his country every quarterly (because the cost of flight is expensive) and spending our time together 2 till 3 weeks only in every visit .
we can not stay together in my country because our differences religion (because in my country this situation cant be allowed for my religion), and i cant to stay in Canada more that 6 months because i cant be allow to stay longer than visa requirement. so to get common law process is impossible for us.
we have plan to process Visa sponsorship as Conjugal Partner...
any chance for us to process this visa in Canada?

Kindly need your advises

You don't face any barriers to common-law since you can extend your stay in Canada. Are there any legal barriers to getting married?
I don't believe you qualify for conjugal class.

There is nothing stopping you from getting married in Canada.

I agree that you won't qualify under conjugal. If you are able to visit Canada, then you can easily either get married here or extend your stay here to become common law.
