Need advice

Hi! I went to canada with working visa as a live in care giver last march of 2012 and had my vacation in the philippines last dec 2012 and supposedly will return last january. My visa got damage and i had to apply for a visa replacement but the visa officer refused to grant me a replacement with the reason "iam not satisfied that you have answered truthfully all questions put to you". I dont know how to satisfy him i already told him the truth. Now im very clueless on what to do after the refusal. Should i ask an immigration lawyer to file a reconsideration? Should i apply for another TRV? Should i apply for restoration of status? I still have a valid working permit which will expires by 2014. Pls help i dont know what to do.

How did your visa get damaged? if the immigration officer has already given his or her decision not to grant you a TRV it is officially recorded in your file...the best thing you can do is to hire an Immigration Lawyer to appeal your case. So sorry to hear your Bad Fate.God Bless

My visa got damaged with no bad intentions at all, it all happened due to unwanted emotional reaction and I explained it to the officer but it seems like the officer was not convinced maybe he's thinking something illegal which is not true. how can I convince him when i already told him the truth. My employer is helping me out to find a good immigration lawyer because we found it very unfair with the only reason for cancellation of my TRV is that "iam not satisfied that you have answered truthfully all questions put to you". thats it nothing more. My TRV is still valid he just cancelled it.
