Hi, i have been reading the forum and would want to seek advice/suggestions on what do to regarding the scenario that we have:
BF is living in canada and we are planning to get married. Initial plan is to wed here in the phils..second option is to apply for a visit visa and get married in canada.
Question: is it much better to go for the 2nd option rather than the 1st one? If choosing 2nd option, would that complicate the situation if we apply for permanent residency after getting married.
Also,i have a daughter whom he will be adopting once married. Will that prolong the process as well?
Hope to hear from you.
