Need advice for Masters admission with low CGPA

Hi Guys
i have done bachelors in Electrical (Electronics) Engineering with a cgpa of 2.46/4.00 which is equivalent to 62.4 percent as per transcript
i have 1 year of paid experience as well
Most canadian universities require 3 out of 4 cgpa but they all have different standard for different countries
Is there any university in Canada in which i can get admission easily into masters program?

You have a very generic question. Is there any? I am sure there is. You should research programs that are generally easier to get into.
Think lower ranking universities and easier programs e.g. Master in Management kind of thing. That way you can also create a story telling them you feel that EE is not for you.
