Need advice for Canada from UK with HSMP

Hello,

I came in UK from Pakistan with HSMP visa, but I feel its very difficult to renew it here, because due to rescission its hard to find a good job, and its hard to show good income.

I feel it will be difficult for me to renew my HSMP in UK, therefore I am thinking to move from UK to Canada or Australia.

Can any body let me know how I can apply from UK for Canada immigration.

I have masters in computer science, also I have done diploma in Electronics.

Thanks for your quick reply , I need to clear some points here.

Point 1

0213: Computer and Information Systems Managers

Does this mean Manager post job, or this word mean system management person ? this one word "managers" making me confuse, I have done IT working alot, but not with Manager rank, but I was managing their systems and network.


Point 2

I am in UK, so where I will send my application ? and from where I will apply ?
I mean from my nationality country ? or I can apply from UK ?
