I have done my Masters (Post-Graduation) from one of the UK university and currently I am holding PSW (Post Study Work-permit) visa status which is valid for next two years and after two years I have to get back to my home country as the HSMP visa was not available from this April.

Now I am thinking to move to USA or Canada either as a student or as skilled worker. Can you please help me which visa I should apply for and what is the eligibility conditions and etc,.

Thanks in advance

Dear,

London is really expensive and it is very difficult to settle down in terms of PR. so your decision is right to move to another country canada or US. Also as you know that after post study work permit there is not much scope for UK PR.

I advise not to land canada or US on student visa. Same part time job search - after student visa , you need again apply for PR ( if you comes under the rules). still if you want to take a chance it think Canada is batter palce. there is a Program same as post study work permit UK where you can get three years work permit and time being you can proceed for PR.

you didn't mention your degree. but check the FSW category. if you comes under 29 category.(http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list). you can go for FSW.

For US i really don't have any idea.

I have done my masters in computer networks.

Yeah I have asked many consultancies and even they told me that not go for student visa and asked me to go for H1 but I don't have any employment offer or anything, and they are telling that they gonna market my resume for companies in US and Canada and its going to bit long. Who gives me job as a fresher until and unless I take off my degrees and put some fake projects in it. I think it is not wise choice because out of 10 people only 3 or 4 are getting through it.

I am really confused what to choose as many consultancies are advising me in different ways.

What is NOC 4152, what is the eligibility criteria?

Any Suggestions are most welcome and Thanks in advance
