Hello!
everyone,i really like this forum and i really appreciate the presence of seniors over here to guide new comers like me and my other friends!
i need a help in immigration process to Canada,as i m want to file for it!

Thanx!!

Hi,

Following are the steps required at initial stage:-

1) Which occupation you want to apply (check ur occupation in CIC NOC list)
2) Have you given IELTS test
3) Have you assessed your education credential thru listed agency by CIC
4) Have you calculated points to reach 67 points4

Please visit www.cic.gc.ca for more details

There are a number of different ways of going to Canada. I suggest you take a look at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp for more details.
Once you decide which route to take, many people here on the forum will be happy to assist with any queries you may have.

ok,so so many thanks to coolguy2010 and kashka for reply!!!

sir.
1) i m falling in NOC 3142 - Physiotherapists
2) no,not till now,but yes, preparing for ielts and require 7 to complete my credentials!
3) no,i haven't assessed my credentials!
4) yes,i have calculated my points and it comes out to be 44 without giving ielts exam. ( 12 of age,21 of education,11 of work experience)

so,do i go forward for this or not?
please show me some way!

Thanx!

1) for IELTS , you need 6 bands for each session
2) Education assessment (time consuming)

Once this 2 things are done, you can start gathering documents

Try to apply ASAP as there is limit of 300 applications per year

Visit www.cic.gc.ca under "Immigrate" ----> "Federal Skilled Workers

You will get all details there

Not sure if you're aware that you need to show "landing funds" as part of your application for FSW. This stands at CAD$11,115/- for this year. That amount should help you pay for application, landing and trying to establish yourself once approved. If you don't have these funds then you are not eligible to apply. Not allowed to borrow or take a loan to show this amount in your bank statement.
