by when can we expect our visas ? maximum 3 months i guess

I done my MR on 23rd Feb 2013 and sent other requested docs along with medical on 23rd March 2013.
RPRF is en cashed between 9-12th April as ICICI bank does not tell us the date of encashement only "PAID" status is shown online.

But, I think may be not as simple as yours, as Yet I am waiting for my spouse's MR as
I got married in Nov 2012 and complete file of my spouse reached NDVO on 28th Jan 2013 including PCC,processing fee and other doc. IN the mean I got MR on 15th Feb 2013 at my Single status only till then they have not updated my spouse. Now I got an email from VO that file is with the officer and medical of spouse would be issued after review of the file. I am bit afraid that :
1.How long they gonna take to issue spouse's MR though we have sent all the documents requested by VO. BUt my spouse has travel history as he has been living in Aus. for 6 years .
2. Will they not stamp my PP untill they issue MR of spouse.?
3. Will I receive my PP back first and then spouse's passport.?

Kindly share your opinion..!!

The medical with entire package was sent on 1st may; DD encashed on 14th March; info updated on eCAS as "the medical results have been received"
But, no decision has been made yet. However, A few people decision has made whose medical pkg was sent after 2 weeks later than me.
Can anybody inform me the possible reason not to decision yet?

Dont be afraid and worried
The working pattern of CHC is unperdictable
There are some members on this forum who had made their MR last April 2012 and still waiting for DM and some have received visa in 40 days after medical

Yes they will stamp visa simultaneously. Youy and your wife`s pp will be stamped together not seperately
Secondly you have to submit PCC from Australia also
Dont worry you will be in CANADA this year
