Yes, I got notification from VO to provide marriage questionnaire after updating spouse. Some people are getting direct medical of spouse after updating their spouse. But some has to provide more proofs for marriage.

Is the above process implies for dependent also like spouse when PA receive his medical request..????

I actually have no idea, but with one of mine friend who updated her kid in 2010 and she applied in 2009 now when her MR is received then her kid is of age 3 years now so huge difference between 2010 n 2013 so she updated his photo on passport. In your case it depends
