What About the mail of 16 Aug. ? I think it is your file transfer information of LVO.

i am little confuse about that mail there are no indication of file transfer. File numbers remain same after transfer???

File Number received - 29-NOV-2016
Medical Request - 10-MAY-2017
Waiting for PPR - Waiting

No one can predict NDVO.. July 24 DM and still no PPR.. So dont worry it will come some day.. Thats all we can hope for.
