Choose "Permanent Residence, Provincial Nominee"

Fill out the information related to the boxes. Write Application Number. Tick the box, I agree, at the bottom left. Then press "Next" button.

The second page will open. If have to send some papers then you can upload here.
Press YES or NO. As per circumstances.

Third page will open. Click next.

When you try for GC key linking online. Open up your Generic Application Form (which you applied for Provincial Nomination). Filling in verbatim information about your application. Will be linked.

My timeline:

Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class received by CIC - January 13th, 2017
Received Application and UCI numbers - January 31st, 2017
Requested Background Check form - Feb 7th, 2017
Requested Background Check form (again) - March 17th, 2017
Application forwarded to Delhi Visa Office - April 11th, 2017
Received email from NDVO saying they'll begin processing by June 2017 and get back to us - May 15th, 2017
Status of application on ECAS changed from In Process to Decision Made - July 12th, 2017
PPR received - August 2nd, 2017
Passport submitted - August 3rd, 2017
Received email about status change in MyCIC Account to Approved - August 12th, 2017
Passport dispatched from NDVO - August 14th, 2017

Side Note: We had included the PCC and the Medical forms before-hand. My wife's Medical was done in November 2016, and PCC was obtained in December 2016. Application was submitted in January 2017.

Outland Applicant.
PNP - Saskatchewan PNP
(Received PNP letter in 22 days from the date of application)

CIC Received: 7 Dec 2016
AOR: 17 Feb 2017
File Transfer to NDVO: 9 March 2017

Medical request: 9 June 2017
Medical done: 10 June 2017
Medical Passed: 15 June 2017

BC in Progress: 10 August 2017
Decision Made in ecas: 11 August 2017

Waiting for PPR: May God help in this quicker too!

Thanks. I noticed one challenge.. in my passport my family name is blank and my full name is mentioned as given name.

In the nomination letter received for SINP, my name is mentioned as Rohan Suresh, N/A

So while linking what should be my family name? When I check for the status online using services3.cic.gc.ca, I enter family name is Rohan Suresh however, I am not able to link my profile using the application number mentioned in AOR and my full name as my family name.

On behalf of my friend, AOR received 12th Aug. Successfully linked the application to GCKey account.
After linking do we need to do anything?
They have paid the RPRF fee upfront only. Do they need to upload receipt any where online?
What status change would be done on File transfer to local Visa office?
