ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

The timeline for my husband's OWP-S was as follows:
Sep 20th - Applied at VFS, Chennai
Sep 23rd - Application received at ND.
Oct 8th - Approval e-mail sent.
My husband's TRV was rejected twice already. We submitted medicals that were done as part of previous application.

Hey... thanks for updating... It really gives us a ray of hope if someone gets Visa.

the reason of refusal (2 combined)
family ties
finance
length of stay
purpose of visit
We submitted same docs with regard to the above and in addition our marriage pics, invitation.

First they went to strike and now i think they are busy in enjoying with their increased wages. Don't know what is going on? I'm really frustrated.

Same here.... How long shall we wait? They need to be more sensitive about this... Lots of people like us are going through may issues.

The main mistake that we have done is that we applied online. And because of that we are unable to check the status of our application also. Atleast who applied through VFS can check the status of their respective applications.

But we thought online will be faster. Who knew that online is slower than any other type.
