So don't submit refusal letter
Just submit your new LMO
And other supporting documents

Mail sent to cic on 30 sep. N got reply on 4 oct.. According to the note below in the reply the cic will intimate about all in process applications in 45 to 50 working days and will be clearing backlogs in 60 to 70 working days. Hence in short all under process applications will either get medical or rejection in 45 to 50 working days & will get the final decision within 60 to 70 working days. Now let's see and wait. Best of luck to all. Hope all get the visa soon.

It says under processing

As per my previous reply we all will get reply in 45 to 50 working days. But don't know how they are working. Online applications are more f***ed up. The waiting time is increasing and increasing and not getting any reply from VO. I think i need anger management .

I think the worst thing about online application is that there is no mechanism to track the status. Atleast VFS shows "Under Processing". Online applications status just become stale after applying.

Just keep writing on this forum, to keep our morale high. Seeing no replies on forum is also very frustrating .

Ya mate. But how it can be possible that since last 2,3 weeks nobody on this forum and the another one didn't got any reply from NDVO? And who is this "phani" he/she didn't submitted the medical yet or what?

"Phani" is a mystery. He/she might have got the Visa by now. There are many on the forum who do not update the sheet after getting replies.

i too agree this.....They should indicate atleast status of the application with regards to online process.

so what should be do in this case.....

attach an affidavite is sufficient with a particular certificate....
