ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

Hi DKD235, Could yuo please let me know what kind of work permit you applied for - Open, or closed with/without LMO or spousal work permit?

Has anybody who applied for spousal work permit in March heard anything, or recived decisions yet?

Congrats! i think someone else also had this issue where the main applicant was the only one who received the letter, but both his and his spouse's passport was returned with visa...I'm sure everything will work out fine... and thanks for the quick reply

I applied on 10th April and recieved an approval letter on 27 th june. But they've not dispatched my passport yet. I never knew that even dispatch could consume more than a week.

Have you sent any reminder mail or Fax to NDVO? What were the intervals which you have sent and when did they reply to your messages?

I applied through courier and not through VFS. I used to drop a case specific enquiry daily(Ofcourse after 2 months time). According to my personal experience what I feel is that none of our enquiries go unnoticed. It all depends on how they interprete our mails. If they will sense any urgency then they will definitely take some action otherwise not. And yes I've dropped one FAX too but I don't know if it ever made a difference. Also I never received a reply from the embassy for any of my emails.

Hi Guys!

My status changed! pls find below

Passport released by the Canadian High Commission, 7/8 SHANTIPATH, CHANKYAPURI, -, NEW DELHI, Pin:110021, Tel: on 04/07/2013 and is in Transit.

Exactly took 2 months

ICT applied on 3rd MAY 2013 alone with medical, received at high commission, delhi on 5th May 2013. Today my status changed and i have received a seperate mail to my mail id. " its says my Visa is approved for one year"
