Once you received the visa,you have to be in Canada before the visa expiry date.We don't have any due date to fly to canada.

Dear Friends

I need some advise, if anyone in the forum can help.
Next week I am going to apply for CWP,I want to know if the ND Embassy will ask me to do Medical exam ?
I am asking this because in the last 1year I was in India for only around 40days and remaining time I was in Mexico.
and for Mexico Medical exam is not required.

I hope you applied for OW(Spouse).
When we check the time line of others who have applied for OW(Spouse),it seems they have got their MR even after 3 months(of-course with few exceptions).

May be you will get the MR in upcoming weeks
