not sure yet what is in there. Rjection or Visa?

Sorry to hear your news and hope you have a good Plan B to follow. Do the reasons for rejection make sense and is there a way you can see to improve your situation for the next application? Good Luck.

bad day today. 2 rejection letters. Looks like applications are being more slowly, and more rejections coming these days.

Sorry to hear that. It's sad they disapproved a CWP with LMO. What was the reason? Could you also share your NOC and the city you applied for in Canada?

NOC code 6212
Work experience-4.5 years with 2.5 years in Canada.
Province-B.C
@ Pippin
Rejection reason doesn't make any sense to me. The reason is "you were not able to demonstrate that you adequately meet the job requirement of your prospective employer. "

Any suggestion guys. What should be my next step.

Hi, I am interested to apply for the TWP I am Commerce graduate from Delhi University and having 4 years of Work experience in Property & Casualty Insurance Underwriting and I am supporting Canadian Insurance Company from India..I am having a valid TRV visa as I went there to attend a 2 months training. I have got an email from a Canadian Lawyer that he will help in filing the application and he will arrange the LMO and other documents for Food Counter Attendent / Store Keeper job. Can I work there as a Food Counter Attendent / Store Keeper? Embassy wont question me you dont have relevant work experience & education background according to the job offer. Or positive LMO and job offer will work and embassy wont have any problem in issuing the work permit.

Any one who can help me in finding an employer?

Many Thanks in Advance
Rahul

You guys are going great .......

I know that this is a thread for New Delhi office only; I was not able to find any thread of Chandigarh consulate. I started it but I think there is no one in this forum for OWP-Spouse category for Chandigarh.

My wife applied OWP-Spouse on 4th January, 2013 and Documents reached Consulate General, Chandigarh on 7th.

I dont know how much time it will take. CIC says 4 months whereas High Commission website says one month.
CIC also states that all TRV/Permits should be processed in 40 Calendar days.

If anyone have clue for Chandigarh office, please do let me know.

Thank you.

She sent me the scanned copy of rejection letter. Two deficiencies:
1) Travel History: I do not understand this. She has not travelled in any country and selected no to the related question in the form
2) Purpose of visit: I believe, we havent shown the strong ties with the country of residence.

I will ask her to apply again and see what happens.............I am not going to apply for Visitor Visa as it may get rejected as I am changing the intent to come to canada.
