Hi mine is the same case , I applied on 24 sept and got same. Reply from CHC can you please share the date for ur medicals and what was the subject line that CHC replied with

hello friends, i am not using this forum too much but i think my application is oldest becoz i applied for spousal work permit on 19th septemberand i sent my application through DHL courier but still no update no further instruction thats why i am afraid and no more hope to get visa and i got reply from VO they already sent my application and my e-mail to the appropriate section and they will take action but still no clue if any body have any idea about this kind of situation please advice me thank a lot

Hi guys...I applied on 19th nov in chennai....any chennai vfs applicants pls join the thread....applicants who have applied in November should update their status...according to my guess nov 1st n 2nd week applicants should get this week....let's wait...we all will get our updates soon....good luck to all applicants

Hi Guys ..I got mail for medicals today.....Don't know why it is required now when i have already submitted my medicals and they have stamped my visitor visa for the same.

.But as per vfs website status is in process....

*censored word*! So, let me try to understand this..
You applied for work permit on 23rd October, today you got an update that you need to submit your medical documents. So now you'll go get a certi, which might take more days, then re-submit. Then again, they won't give any status update till they finally dispatch, which may or may not be positive result? *censored word*!!!
The system is absolutely broken!

Hi...don't wait for anything..just go for it....this is not the time raising questions to them...now they are giving replies fast..if u submit Mexicans this week you will get it by next week end....so try to give your medicals ASAP ....good luck

yes medicals were submitted and even i got visitor visa for one year stamped till october 2013.
I checked with max delhi ( DMP) as per them medical is not required ( they have communication from CHC) that within a year second medical is not required(if old has no issues).
MAX and VFS has suggested to write to CHC .I am also planning to go for medicals again ...don't wan't to waste time .....have written to CHC with details I hope they see my mail and reply...

Is it possible to take medical in advance ? I know that it is possible before submitting application . But don't know while visa in process... Any body has idea about it ?

Not possible while visa is in process. You need your passport for medicals.
