I am very sorry Gautam. I don't know how much money 2.5 lacs = in CDN, but a modest bank account and no property in your name could make them think your ties to home country are weak. Travel history is what it is, unless you DID travel outside the country and they have missed that??? Not fulfilling the job requirements: did you look at every item in the job posting and show that you were already doing that in your present job or had training? For example, does the job require English? Did you provide proof of language skills.

2.5lac INR is approx. 4500CDN...SECONDLY,i haven't travelled outside INDIA but I don't think that should be the reason for rejection. As far the job profile is concerned, I m currently holding the same position which I was offered and showed all papers reflecting that.

The travel history bit helps to show you are financially established in your home country and strengthens your ties to the home country if you have traveled (shows you have the money for travel and that you have gone away and come back).

Guys,

I have positive LMO from a employer in Ontario (NOC O Level) 0112

Is it advisable to apply for my wife with my visa application?

How much fund should I show in my account?

Please Help.

Thank you,
Sanjay

Hi Pippin,

Please let me know how much fund should show for WP?

Thanks in advance.
Sanjay

dear Pippin,

what should I do now.shd I re apply with more funds and try n get a letter from employer saying that I fulfill the needs..

Sanjay: Sorry I can't give you a magic number. From what I have learned on Forum, it seems that if you don't give enough funds in your savings the VO can see this as a negative, not only that you cannot provide for yourself in Canada until your income is established, but also that you cannot earn enough in your home country which might entice you to overstay in Canada.
Gautam: If your LMO is still valid you can certainly reapply if you have a stronger application. Get your GCMS notes (if time allows) and that will help you address the grounds for refusal. TRAVEL HISTORY was one of the points, so don't ignore it. If you haven't traveled outside your country, tell the VO why. Perhaps you are young and have been studying and working since you graduated. Perhaps you had family responsibilities or you chose to explore your own country. WORK Definitely get a letter from your present employer showing that you are doing the same job. Even a letter from your potential employer stating why he needs you to work for him and how your experience meets the job requirements.

I did not get to hear from them today also. My husband has to rent a flat, buy the basic necessities, have to plan many things. We have a 2 year old daughter. This is taking so much time, moreover, the irony is they wont be working on Tuesday and Wednesday, next week. :'( :'(

Hi Summer same here......My hubby is in canada for last 2.5 months and VO is taking too much time to reply:(

The holiday period has already started. So, there is no possibility that we will hear anything from them in the coming week or so.
