I have applied for OWP-S on 24th January, 2013 and after that there is no communication. Now here in Canada my AINP is approved and I want to apply for Federal PR. But for police clearance certificate of my spouse I need passport which is with NDVO. I have also sent all documents and forms directly to NDVO without using any VFS office. I mailed them twice but since last two months I didn't even get reply for those mails.

If you can please provide me email-address (or e-mail which u have sent) and phone # it would be very helpful and most appreciated.

Guys,
The email id I was told was delhi.im.csu-usc@international.gc.ca. But note that they specifically said its only for emergency cases where you may have waited for long and need passport urgently due to some emergency situation. Otherwise your emails will be ignored as well. You can use TIME SENITIVE /EMERGENCY etc and explain the reason in the subject line Fax worked the first time for me. Also, the phone number I called was 011-41782000 and got connected to the operator first. Hope this helps!

I was in a similar situation as I have applied for PR as well. But luckily the medical request for PR came just before I applied for SOWP. So I had my passport. But since you need the passport you can try emailing them that you just want the passport back for the PCC and will resubmit to them once done.

Ankit- Please do let me know what happens. They definitely helped me out for the exam. I called them and told them that I will loose an entire year for no fault of mine! Keep your hopes! They will definitely help if they know your situation. I was ok with them just returning my passport for once but they also approved the work permit. Good luck!!!

Can you share your experiences about how you enter the custom of Canada: Do you have to land on the Province that you visa indicated/applied? Do you need to show any other document to the custom officer of Canada beside your passport with visa and the proved letter?
I got my visa last week already, so I really want to know what I exactly need to prepare for the landing. Thank you for sharing your information in advance! Good Luck with your Canada life!
