ND Work Permit Processing Time since February 2012?

Hi Kifs,

Is your VISA rejected before requesting Medicals or after requesting medicals? Curious to know and would be a good information for everyone in the forum.

In total today is the 21 st day after my medical submission in delhi vfs..and the working days is 14 now..yap i do remember there was a holiday on april 24 th due to mahavir jayanthi..so how long does NDVO usually take post medical submission..?

and i too came to know about the enquiry open up in NDVO from my cousin..but she had said its mon-fri 11 am-12pm

So my wife visited the High Commission today. Mon - Thu 11 am - 12 noon. It is strictly for applicants applying directly to High Commission, they do not entertain enquiries, however on persuation my wife was able to meet an individual after 1 hr of waiting through a small window.

Medical was submitted on April 8, 2013 and High Commission says results are not uploaded yet. OWP - S takes 4 - 6 weeks to upload. This was disgusting upon which my wife emphasised on the delay. The professional suggested sending an email to High Commission.

I was applyed 12 nov 2012 and today directly they rejected it no medical or no more status update

have some one tried to fax the consulate to check the status.

There has been network issues in NDVO. One of my friend received a call regarding his PR from NDVO and they stated that they cannot send email....rather Fax worked

My visa application has been rejected
Rejection reson is "You were not able to demonstrate that you adequately meet the job requirements of your prospective employment"

Please help me now what can I do?

So sorry to hear this after such a patient wait. We may be able to help if you give us information in the job and what evidence you provided. I think the expectation is that you have worked in a similar field for at least a year in the past three years. What documentation did you include for proof? If you were the VO would it have been clear to you that you had ALL the qualifications required in the job posting?

I was actually planning to send my cousin to enquire about my passport in NDVO.. I thought of sending her monday..
so whats your opinion should I ask her to go or not ? or should I go in person and enquire..?

they said it takes 4- 6 weeks to upload..then how did fibby get her visa in 3 weeks time..I really dont understand..leaving everything upto god..

I just went through our past forum members' cases..there are a few who got their visa after medicals in 3 months..another guy jassiforu got in 1 month..and rest of them have all got their visa in less than 4 weeks time..so lets all hope for the best..god wont let us down..Im sure about that..

I think along with the updates we should also post the requested starting date of the work permits we've applied for. Because if I've applied in January(say) and my requested duration starts from june. There is no reason why NDVO will process my application first instead of working on the backlogs.

That ways we'll have a clearer idea.

in my case I applied for a CWP in april and my requested duration starts from june.
