Thanks Vensak , I will put in my EOI , I just wanted to gain some grounds as "French speaker " , guess I will just stick to Prority 2 , since I attended a NB event in Newyork.
I have been scouting all through the New Brunswick website and found no reference as to the minimum TEF CLB requirement to qualify as a French speaker.
All that was written was " Finally, the recruitment of highly skilled Francophones is a priority for New Brunswick to maintain the linguistic balance of the Province. We encourage people who can demonstrate advanced French language ability through a Test d’évaluation de français (TEF) and have a desire to be part of our vibrant Francophone community, to submit their EOI as soon as possible because they will be given priority. "

Yes I know that. There is nothing clear written there. but the paper they have brought to the session was different and there the CBL 9 requirement is stated. But anyway you can try to apply. And you can also try off EE PNP, but for that you have to meet the officers in person

You can accept your nomination. When you get ITA probably on the 14th of December, you can reject or accept it. If you accept it, you will be given 90 days to submit your application. If you reject, you will be put back into the pool of candidates and you will still maintain your 900+ or 1000+ points. So you can reject ITA until you are sure, or accept ITA hoping that before 90days you and your family would be sure.

Congrats!!! That is really great news, And the CIC draw will be soon next week, very fast u will be selected by CIC, how lucky! just checked ur posts and find ur AOR is 16086x, received on 17th August. Just one day before mine( AOR:16087x), but I still haven't yet received anything. Don't know what happened to my application, it makes me feel much more hopeful when reading ur msg, wish I can receive my nomination soon.
