July Doha Qatar session and Aug 2016 complete file was received in NB office.
Mid Nov received email that I have to chose one NOC as I had multiple NOC added in application against my work experience.
2281 Computer network technicians is very compatible with my current job.
Provided recent job reference letter as requested for last 7 years. 2009 to 2016
in addition provided attested copies of past work experience letters from 2009 to 2001.
sent to NB office but no update and reply. but docs were delivered in end of Nov 2016.

Any idea what is situation what is this stage?

it depends on if they are on your second or first review. But from your message it sounds like they are on the second review. Everything is practically on a stand still from NB, just few adrs recently, but no nominations. Just keep on waiting patiently, you will surely hear from them as soon as they are ready for you.
