They say, that there will be one more session in London in September. They go to many places actually (Ukraine, Philippines, Hong Kong, USA, many countries in Europe and Middle East) and the sessions are scheduled throughout the year. But they haven't updated the website since the last session.

I see that you've sent your EOI on 7/13. I sent mine last 7/18 but have not received an ITA yet. Please keep me posted on your progress. Thanks!

All the best to everyone! :)

My application for NBPNP arrived at their office on the 17th of August and till now I have not gotten AOR. What can I do? Does that mean that my application has been rejected?

Give NB at least a week to acknowledge your documents. They are reviewing tons and tons of application right now so just chill and wait for their response. At Post ITA stage, they don't reject applications that quickly.

So, the session never held in India? How the guys living in India are attending these sessions?

It was mentioned on their website that they will have sessions in India later this year. Guys living in India are not authorized to travel to other countries for sessions and guys from India residing outside India may travel.

Ok, understood. Thanks

My NOC code is 2133 Electrical Engineer. As per the instructions, I have to take a licence form regulatory body which is APEGNB in order to attend the information session. The trouble is that in order to be eligible to apply even for a training licence, you need to already have Canadian citizenship or residency or visa. I guess that the visa means that the work permit. In that case, as an applicant who would like to apply from outside of Canada has not any chance to attend these sessions. Is it really like this? :o Please help.

Hi Bro, Kindly check your Job description which fits specifically to your NOC. I am also an Electrical Engineer here in the Phil but my Job Description is Sales and Technical Support Engineer. If you look at the NOC list it will fall on NOC 6221 (Technical Sales Specialist). Electrical Engineer is not on their in demand occupation right now and requires a license to practice in NB, that's the reason why you are not eligible to attend on info sessions.

Thanks for your reply. I worked as Power engineers and power systems operators NOC 9241 which is in demand list 7 years ago for 3 years. Can I apply their information session with this NOC code without licence from their regulatory body?

My documents received today , i have 2 questions please, how i get AOR ( via Mail ?)
Secondly, after getting AOR , how long it take for final decision assuming there are no more documents required from NB ?

You would receive AOR by email from "DO NOT REPLY"...

After getting AOR, the average as of now is 2 months.... However, up to June 30th, they received 470 applications and in last 5 weeks, they received 700 applications... Difficult to speculate anything...

They may speed up the process because of excess of applications, or they just keep on working at the same speed...

But we have to keep 2-3 months in mind! And hopefully everyone will share their update so we know when our AOR is going to be looked at!

kindly check their website for Info Session schedules >> http://livinginnb.ca/
It will also assess your eligibility once you signed up for the session.
