i have a question for those who have applied already, in the application guide No. 1, it said form NBPNP 001 to be completed by the principal applicant and spouse but in the actual form there is no space provided for the spouse.. how did you fill out this form?

it is different for the personal networth form where both the applicant and spouse are given spaces to sign..

please help..

If ur applying from India, do you need to just fill the 3 page Eoi form, scan and email to them. Or are you sending it by physical mail/courier to them. What is the procedure to send Eoi. Thanks.
