Dear hogiamisan,

Here are my answers to you:

1. BC will not give 2nd original copy to your hand (IDP will). So, if you decide not to give the original you have (I have given mine), request BC to forward another original copy to NBPNP through DHL. The address have PO number at last line but the mail address is OK for DHL and a real person will sign the receipt of delivery. Don't worry.

2. Banking concept is different within countries. certified cheque is north american concept. You don't need an LOE if you provide an FDD (foreign demand draft) to them. Only make sure your bank mention the recipient bank must be inside CANADA (mine was Bank of Nova Scotia).

I am assuring you, most of the people like us (IN UAE, INDIA, VIETNAM, CHINA etc.) have done FDD as method of payment.

3. YES. Must be in CAD.

4. Not needed.

Thanks.

Thanks so much for your advise. They are all very helpful to me.

I have request BC Vietnam send a copy of my test result directly to NBPNP. I don't know how to reflect that in my complete application so I decided to attach the VAT Invoice of my request to my writing explanation why I didn't provide the original one and this is the receipt of my request to send copy of test result. I have also attached a colored photocopy of my original test result for their reference.

That would suffice.

Dear All,

if you please update your status of NBPNP application i.e nominated or rejected with your AOR date, others will get a view of processing time, cause of rejection etc. So, far I know two people from June applicant/July AOR already been nominated through EE. Their EE profile been updated with 600 points but they didn't get any email.

So far, we didn't have any rejection news (by email or by regular mail??).

Please, share your info here with heartwarming feelings! Thanks.

HI everyone,

There is a website update for Express Entry Labour Market Stream (EELMS):

Steps involved in the NBPNP Express Entry Labour Market Stream (EELMS) to become a permanent resident:

Step 1
•Review EELMS requirements to determine
• if you are eligible.
The eligibility requirements and selection factors are in our Guide on pages 7-14 on our website.

Step 2
Determine if you are eligible to submit your expresion of interest (EOI) to the NBPNP EELMS. If you meet the above Guide's requirements, review the Additional Criteria section of our website.
Step 3
Send your EOI to the NBPNP Express Entry mailbox at: entree.express.entry @ gnb.ca, provided you are eligible.
EOIs are accepted continuously.
Step 4
Submit a full EELMS application to the NBPNP within 60 calendar days, after receiving your invitation to apply.
Step 5
Accept your nomination electronically through your MyCIC Account.
You have 30 days to accept the NBPNP nomination once your application is successful, and you have been nominated.

Once the above steps have been completed, nominated individuals may receive an invitation to apply for permanent residency from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). For more details on this process, please visit the CIC Express Entry website.

Hi

To submit an eoi one should either have a connection or have attended the session.

Hi nainabjj,

I am very sorry for your case. But, it costs nothing to try out. I have submitted my EOI on July 21 without a connection nor joined the session. I got the ITA on August 8. I sent my complete application on August 26 and got AOR on August 31.
So, my advise for you is that just go ahead to follow the lastest guidance to submit your EOI.
There are also other chances for you in other provinces. Good luck to you !

Best,
Michael
