hi I am a bit confused about sending the EOI to NBPNP. The guidelines says that the Language test results, ECA evaluation results and work experience details must be mentioned in the EOI form. I found this PDF form editable and the points scored in each section as well as the personal details and the question 'why interested about NB' can only be written in soft copy. However, if i want to insert my ielts results, eca results then i will have to print this out and later attach a scan copy with the email.
My question is whether i should send the scan copy or the original copy through editing..
Has anyone got any idea about this??

Yes it is saying Quota is full.

i have submitted mine at exactly 8.30am ADT but no notification whatsoever or even an electronic generated mail.

does it mean that NB has a quota for forms received between 1st-15th of the month and was already filled in just less than an hour? i hope it's not true.

and asked why I keep on getting the same response. She said that indeed the quota is full.

for me to score 22 under education , does this mean that I must obtain a degree or diploma from a CANADIAN post secondary institution or the equivalent from a country OUTSIDE CANADA will still earn me 22 points?

Its confirmed. June was filled by 8:30 this morning. Over 500 application received.

Even if I tried to submit it at 8:30 am Atlantic standard time
