Hi Everyone!

My husband has one year of freelance jobs, will this affect our Application for PR? will they ask for proof of his freelance jobs?

Also we are already finish with medical but still waiting for the result of his sputum tests, deadline of APR is on April 10, can we pass UMI number as advised by the accredited hospital (with pending medical result)

Any answers will be greatly appreciated!

Hi guys,
Is it possible to land in Toronto Pearson Airport and drive to New Brunswick by car?
As far as I heard a PNP applicant must show that his final destination is NB and has to show such proof at the port of entry (Toronto Airport).
Can I use confirmation of an apartment rental as a proof?

The question to answer is : Why did you select to drive for 16 hours and not fly to one of the airports in NB? The airline tickets are reasonable when purchased with the last segment added on. Just be prepared to convince the border agent and do not be shocked if he will not be convinced easily. Having an apartment rented may help for sure! Getting in touch with the settlement agency and providing proof of your efforts to settle in upon arrival will also be beneficial. Good luck.

I got the nomination from NB after reaching almost 7 months. I received a letter in my CIC Account inbox stating about NB nomination. After receiving CIC message only that I got the Nomination letter from NB to my Gmail. This nomination letter we will have to attach when we submit online application to CIC. Usually, nomination letter comes only 2-3 days after receiving the CIC message.

When you receive the nomination letter, read it carefully, go through the EE profile Nos., NOC Code spelling of your name etc. If any discrepancy found immediately send an email and also call their office and bring it to their attention.

In my case, the NOC code mentioned was wrong, I sent mail and there was no reply for 2 days, then I called them and they corrected it and updated in their system and emailed me.

i have submitted my application, where do we need to this letter. I don't remember any attachment. Is it with the LOE. I think if they have nominated us, CIC already has the record? Anyhow i didn't upload this letter anywhere, can this be a problem?

Guys, please I need your help regarding NB EOI. I'm eligible to apply under the category "Relatives in NB". I also attended an information seasion in dubai in July 2016. I already sent my EOI form 2 months ago, but till now I havent been invited. I read somewhere that we can send the EOI each month between 1 and 15. Is it ok to do that or it's enough to send it one time only?

1- Next CIC draw will be before end of April, what do you think about documents that I should start to prepare from today?

2- Regarding medical test, should I wait ITA in next draw to do the medical or I can do it now? and if I can what will be my reference that I should tell the physician?

prepare copies of all these docs; they are as follows:

-Marriage License/Certificate
-Passports/Travel Documents
-Education (diplomas/degrees) ECA report and your original certificates
-Employment Records- from current and previous jobs for you and your spouse if applicable.
-Police Certificates from home country, where you are living now and any place where you lived for more than 6 month. For you and your spouse if applicable.
-Proof of Means of Financial Support
-Digital photo for you and your spouse if applicable.
-Birth certificate for children
-Letter of Explanation if you feel you need to explain something


2- Regarding medical test, should I wait ITA in next draw to do the medical or I can do it now? and if I can what will be my reference that I should tell the physician?
wait as they need to upload the results to the system; nevertheless book an appointment in the 1st day of May.

Check your gmail or Yahoo mail, NB must have sent you a letter of Nomination. This letter you will have to upload when you submit full application to CIC. There is another document called Document checklist - Permanent Residence -Provincial Nominee Class & Quebec Skilled Workers (Form # IMM 5690 (05-2016) E. This document check list you have to tick the relevant boxes and upload it. In one of the boxes, they are asking for the Nomination letter from the respective Province.
