hi guys,

a rather difficult question, would be glad if somebody can help.

if we apply under one NOC (like for me 0111 as per my current job) and province accept and provide the nomination but CIC consider my work experience as per the same noc but the educational requirements as per equivalency are not considered as per the same NOC. Will they transfer me as in another relevant NOC ( like for me, my education may under NOC 1111 ) and award me the points as such or they will simply refuse the application despite the provincial nomination under the same NOC?

Don`t worry bro. I know few people who have immigrated with managerial NOC (like your) doesn`t having managerial education at all.

Can any body help me understand, should I accept the invitation straight away?
What are the next steps and expected timelines for each ( for example how long will it take me to get the medical done? and is medical required for the entire family?)

Alhamdullilah, got nominated today, accept it, i have a small clarification, i got married, yesterday, but i didn't change the EE profile, and accept the nomination, how will i change the profile, and if i will add my spouse in online application after receiving ITA, it will be okay?? need you suggestion please.

did any one receive ITA from IRCC? i didn't receive any ITA until now, it will take some time to issues ITA or its computer generated and automatically it will come to your account?

Hi...i need some clarification...i have received an additional documents request from new brunswick inmigration office to submit my latest six month bank statement. Last time i sent my statement i sold some of my investment in gold to show the required balance. After submitting my documents, I use that money for some other investement. Currently my balance is not upto mark as per their requirement so I have to sale my investment again and i can provide the proof of that also. So is it okay if your balance is changed after the submission of bank statement or it can create a problem?

It doesn't matter if the balance changes as long as to maintain the funds as required by the CIC per family/individual, and of course the final balance will not remain same after all these months.

Thank you for your reply. The thing is i with draw all the money after submitting the bank statement to new brunswick and now again have to deposit it but i have proof of the investment

Hi Everyone!

My husband has one year of freelance jobs, will this affect our Application for PR? will they ask for proof of his freelance jobs?

Also we are already finish with medical but still waiting for the result of his sputum tests, deadline of APR is on April 10, can we pass UMI number as advised by the accredited hospital (with pending medical result)

Any answers will be greatly appreciated!
