Hi mam good day ask q Lang po Kung anong sagot nio SA working permit mo before SA background check section na if u have been committed charged or convicted in any crime. Ano po ang sagot nio? Nag No po KC aq SA tanong na yn pero No Criminal Record din ang remarks q SA nbi. Nawidrawn po ang case q last 2018.TIa

Hi Elfie tanong q lang kung anong sagot mo sa subsection 16 (1) Have you ever been committed, arrested, charged or convicted in any crime. Ano po sagot nio NO or YES? TIA

Question po, ano po ba laman ng Letter of Explanation from NBI? Kasi po medyo magulo naging case ko. When I requested for an NBI Clearance para sa Open Working permit ko nung 2017, NBI said my hit ako so I went to Main office and I cant remember exactly pero pinagawa ako ng affidavit para makakuha ako ng NBI Clearance with "No Criminal Record" remark. Hindi naman po naquestion yung NBI remark ko kaya nakapunta ako ng Canada. Ngayong nag-aapply kami ng PR, hinihingan ako ng Letter of Explanation from NBI. Kaso I found out that hindi pa pala dismissed yung Littering case ko (dropped bus ticket) so pinapadismiss ko na ngayon.

My question is, sa Letter of Explanation from NBI, nakadetailed po ba lahat about the case or nakastate lang dun baket may Remark ka na No Criminal Record Found at kung dismiss na yung case? Salamat sa mga makakasagot.

Hello, I’m back again in this forum. Pag nag apply pa lng ng working visa need na din ba NBI explanation. Pumunta sister ko Sa NBi. Pero need nga daw ng letter from embassy. Kahit dala nya Print out Sa website at LMIA letter at Caq. Ano ba best gawin.

Oo trying to read pero mga old cases 2011 up to 2013 yung ibang nabasa ko samahan na lang ng dasal at positibong pananaw.Ilang months na ba nung pinasa nyo additional documents nyo

Sino po dito ang may less than 10 years palang ang withdrawn and dismissed cased pero nagka ppr? Sana may makasagot

Hi everyone im just curious what are thr chances of getting approve if yoir Nbi says No criminal record .
If submitted all the documents now and no case filed against to me.Anyone who is experiencing right now?Any advice and also how do you right yoir written explanation regarding the matter.

Gnyn dn po s hubby ko besides s certifc8 from nbi regarding remarks kelangan dn po nemg written explanation.. nkpgsumbit nrn po kmi waiting for response nlng hoping for ppr
