Hi everyone im just curious what are thr chances of getting approve if yoir Nbi says No criminal record .
If submitted all the documents now and no case filed against to me.Anyone who is experiencing right now?Any advice and also how do you right yoir written explanation regarding the matter.

You don't do it. You should go to the main NBI office and ask for a certificate from them with regards to the remarks showing on your clearance. You then submit your NBI clearance and attach the certificate that you will be getting from them.

I did i have the certification from the main office of NBI and other documents that is required .
 
what? im a filipino and i failed to understand this question. can you say it in tagalog na lng sir? lol.

if your NBI record says "NO CRIMINAL RECORD". it means you're all good. so i don't see any problem.
 
Gnyn dn po s hubby ko besides s certifc8 from nbi regarding remarks kelangan dn po nemg written explanation.. nkpgsumbit nrn po kmi waiting for response nlng hoping for ppr

Kasi bro if ganyan remarks mo my further additional docs.at gagawa ng letter of explanation.

Oo sir kaya asking for help sana if may ganun situation kung ilang months pa sila nagwait after passing ng additional docs.regarding sa Nbi no criminal record

oh ok. xenxa na po, d ko alam na magkaiba pala yun eh. may written explanation ka na ba? kasi dapat i-request mo pa yan sa NBI eh. it takes about 2 weeks bago mo makuha. kung naka submit ka na ng application for spousal sponsorship, wait ka na lng kung mag request sila ng supporting documents, then ipasa mo yung written explanation from NBI.

Basta "No derogatory record", you're good na :) Wala ng anything na hihingin sayo about NBI.

Be positive nlng po. As long as u provide everything mvo needed mgppr dn mrmi ako nbbsa s forum.. bsta clear ka nmn.

Oo trying to read pero mga old cases 2011 up to 2013 yung ibang nabasa ko.Oo samahan na lang ng dasal at positibong pananaw.Ilang months na ba nung pinasa nyo additional documents nyo
