Hii every one,


I applied PR under ( PNP EXPRESS NB ). Currently file in express and stuck in background check.
My question is - I'm getting a promotion but need to work in Alberta pay roll go through NB as our head office in NB. If i won't change my address. Let it as it is and travel to alberta for the work.

Is it going to cause some issue? What are the chances IRCC can find cause i'm still with same employer and pay roll run trough NB. ?

Any suggestion should i travel or not ?

Please its really urgent.

Yes, if you are in EE stage and physically leave NB, you will probably be removed from NB program as you promise to stay in NB.

What if i won't change my any address like house lease remain on my name. Bank/ Company/ Address same in NB, Do you think it will cause any issue ?

But you will be living in Alberta so have to pay taxes, change driver license, health card etc. IRCC will know you aren’t living in NB.

correct, like @Naturgrl said, you will change everything, like you purchase tracks, your expenses locations and everything. The potential thread is that NB discovered your actual absence, and not reporting to the SNB, they will cancel your nominee and you should go after Alberta one.

No no i meant by - I summited PNP through NB right and move to Alberta and won't change my id proof's. License, Health card, Pay rolls, Bank statements, Lease, Taxes - Everything run through NB still be any chance they can still suspect?

Sorry how can you do that legally? That would be misrepresentaiton and lying. If you are living in Alberta you must file for taxes in the province that you reside. If you are not living in NB, you are no longer eligible for health care and your DL must change to Alberta within so many days. Doesn’t matter that you have a lease in NB. You are committing fraud.

It depends on IRCC, every month it draws different programs, the next no specify program will be your turn.
