naturalized Canadian or permanent resident

I am Canadian citizen. received my landed immigrant in 1998 and citizenship in 2004.

how do I answer question: Are you a naturalized Canadian or permanent resident of Canada?

What should I put for this question. I was permanent resident and now I am naturalized canadian.

If I put YES then I would have to put - "On what date did you become a permanent resident? and which visa office issued your immigrant visa or confirmation of permanent residence?

Why does it really matter now to give them my permanent resident information? Instead shouldn't they ask for citizenship confirmation?
How do I even find out which visa office issued my permanent resident.

My husband had to include similar information. If you became a PR as a result of your parents applying, you'll want to figure out which office processed their application based on where they were living. I'm only assuming this is the case since you're not sure. Ex. my husband was born in India, his parents applied for immigration, their visa office was New Delhi.

As for the date, it should be somewhere, maybe on your proof of citizenship document.
