Based on your own words. You've made it very clear that you will overstay and work illegally, bypassing Canadian immigration law. In any case, you've received your answer. Your mother cannot sponsor you. Look into other legal immigration streams.
I was writing about overstaying till my mother help me to get PR, because I thought she can. I didn't write I'm going to overstay in any case. See the difference?

this is not a typo. This is my not high level of English :) Just confused.
Sure, I know overstaying is illegal

I'm not a skilled worker
Studying in Canada isn't appropriate for me because of money
I'm not a gay, refugee, or devout
I'm not a businessman
Something else?
Canada is closed for me, I guess.

Why didn't your mother include you as a dependent when she applied for her own PR status?

Just an immigration troll. People like this will not listen to reason or care about the legal process. This person will attempt to overstay and work illegally no matter what anyone tells them.
it's funny for me to auscultate the accusations about how great crime is overstaying, from men ancestors of whose once came to North America and cut out most native dwellers. If your they were colonialists, though.

she has got it in 2018. Then she spent some time at home, in Ukraine. Anyway, the possibility is missed.
Yes - unfortunately that was the opportunity to include you in the application and grant PR status for you along with her (if she had included you as an accompanying dependent). Unfortunately your age now rules out any possibility of her sponsoring you.

But it’s not closed. If you were 38, sure, I’d tend to agree with you.

At 22 I wasn’t a skilled worker either. Many people aren’t skilled workers that young.

Age is on your side. If you really want to immigrate to Canada, you should look at understanding Express Entry. I don’t know what level of schooling you have, but if you get a Bachelors degree, and work for 2 years in a skilled profession ( keep in mind that lots of jobs qualify for skilled profession. You don’t have to be a highly paid worker. ) you will easily qualify.

You can also qualify as a skilled tradesperson. Become a skilled welder and work for a year or two.

There are lots of options if you’re young and willing to put in the effort. You can be in Canada as a PR in 5 years (or less) time - and you’ll be only 27!
