Name change on PR Card

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen with PR and my spouse had single name. Now she got her passport renewed by adding my my last name to her name.

As I understand from CIC website that she need to apply for renewal of PR card with updated name. it will be great if someone can share his/her experience and help me with steps.
