I initially applied on august 2020 . My application got returned 7 months later due to a missing signature on the use of representative form(optional). So I resubmitted again sent : March /15 /2021
Recieved :March /22 /2021
AOR: April/29/2021
SA: May/7/2021( transferred to Nairobi)
BIO: Exempted ( it was in the system because of a refused TRV)
ECAS: We are processing your application on May/13/2021

I had a question I applied last year but it got returned . So I resubmitted March 2021 and received. I got on ECAS we started processing May/13/2021 line 2 . I called ircc and it was sent May 4/2021. I see that you got your medical and AOR2 before your status changed. When did you see line 2 on ECAS for pa side ? What’s your thought on that ?
ecas changed a day or two before line two appeared but, medical was received the first business day after that.
Not really un update but i got an Pre arrival services letter. not sure if that's a good thing or not. My application will be one year next week June 2/2021. i am planning to email them next week.

No I didnt . I think we are not getting medical after one business day like the others because they were waiting a lot longer . We might get it June or I won’t be surprised July

It depends on the location of the PPR recipient. If he (assuming a male) is in a location where there's a VAC office near (within the same city or country), then he will need to use that VAC and they will deliver to Nairobi Canada consulate.
If not, then he needs to use courier service like DHL to send the documents directly to Nairobi VAC and they will send to Canada consulate in Nairobi; for this scenario, contact Nairobi VAC to guide him on the procedure as Nairobi VAC will require DHL consent form and return label to be added in the list of documents to be sent.
In fact, the best is to contact Nairobi VAC and inform them your location and that you need passport transmission service as you (the applicant) received PPR from Canada.
