In the e case satus they say last process in called complete. They however don't write that.they will update to decision made then they will call you on a Tuesday probably to tell you that your application is compleat and ready for collection

Gott my visa by dhl.they delivered right to my office.And I will go to Canada august no waiting for anything now waited enough but I'm so happy how fast my application took.applied in January 2012and just six months it was ready.have a age diffence with my hubby but it dint matter to them.I'm very happy.I pray all you people get your visa

In Mauritius we arrange with our bank for a bank draft drawn in CAD$ with payee name
"Receiver General for Canada".

I posted the bank draft together with my passports and other documents.

I have a plan to back my country after 15 days i am pretty sure we will get our medical soon,we can pay in canada embssy in addis so don't worry bro, i got processing date 2 day.

Hey Dear applicant's from ETHIOPIA. Let's create a list of ethiopian applicants to nairobi visa office. Also sharing each one's timeline for each other is very important. If someone that have landed or recently completed the process can give us a detailed explanation.

I applied for the PR under the FSW class in Sept.2009, But the E-cas shows that IN PROCESS for the last three months.

How long i should wait for the call medical or finish up the process? Any one please give valuable info.

Yes it is possible. But first get permission from the canadian High Commission in Nairobi. I am from addis Ababa.

I did not receive any call from them. It took approximately 5 weeks after submitting passports.

Hi fellows,
I'm a new member in this forum, originally applied in April 2011 and my e-cas status turned "In Process" exactly after 1 year i.e in April 2012...however it all happened at Singapore VO and I shifted to Nairobi in the meanwhile.

Just yesterday I got letter from Singapore VO that my file has been transfered to Nairobi VO and also my address on CIC website has been updated with my local address in Kenya!

Being a new comer on this thread and in the country as well, I hope I'd get a good deal of help/guidance from all of you!
I also hope that Nairobi VO works efficiently, without much usual fuss as it's at other VOs.
