In Mauritius we arrange with our bank for a bank draft drawn in CAD$ with payee name "Receiver General for Canada". I posted the bank draft together with my passports and other documents. Hope it helps.

I suppose you have not received MR yet. In my case, I received medicals around 10 days after this line was added. I hope you will receive MR very soon. They normally send MR by post. You should therefore ensure that the address given is correct. Dassen.
